ABOUT THE GAME

“Poltergeist” is designed to be an E for Everyone title, something anybody can pick up and play. The tech demo will target adventure game enthusiasts looking for something a little different, or players new to the genre who have never played an Adventure game before.

It will aim to convince newcomers that Adventure games are a fun, quirky type of game, and experienced players that the ghost powers mechanic has something fresh to bring to the genre.

Creating the game

The game has been built using Papervision3D, Actionscript 3 and a MySQL database. The environments and character were created using Cinema 4D and exported for use in Papervision.
